Fighting

Please pray for me

The devil keeps sending me negative thoughts.
Channeling my self pride into small doses of arrogance clouding my vision and consuming my mentality in misguided knowledge.

Also keeps attacking me negative attitudes, almost doubting and second guessing, questioning myself. When I am trying to completely focus on Him alone. God Jesus Christ. My passion is burning with great heat. I want to live for Him and serve Him to make all nations of disciples like it says in the bread of life: God’s word, the bible.

I see that all this arrogance have consumed the hearts of my brothers who have also attacked me in forms of discouragement and insults, as a way to test my faith for Him. I was there before many many times in the past, back when I did not listen to my own gut opinions and just chose to listen to others.. But now I am not that same person nor choose to be and I don’t want to have to go  back to listening to others fueled on arrogance to bring me down. In a way, it’s not my brothers who is bringing me down, for it is the devil that has tricked their perception to look at the world negatively and is so bitter with life that now they are attacking me, challenging me, picking fights, starting arguments. So I have decided to take the route of humbling myself before people, to just keep quiet and take it all in. To look listen and observe. yet my patience is running thin, but i constantly remind myself that i may be slow to anger.

So it is the devil that is trying to bring me down.

But now that I see, the devil has been bringing me down for years, I’ve been on an up and down cycle for almost 15yrs. I am tired of it, so I have been strictly been a radical for the glory of God.

I feel it in my heart that I was made more for a greater purpose in God. Yet the devil is tempting me with Anger, Hatred, and trying to bring me down again.

Pray for me that I may get these negative thoughts out of my head and just let my eyes rely concentrated solely on His name.

Please my brothers and sisters in Christ.

I greatly appreciate it.

prayer request

i dont really have a prayer request for myself, because im at the point where God has answered my questions. So i feel pretty satisfied and my heart eases with rest.

I guess right now, the only thing i can think of for praying is to pray for my dad and my sister.
My dad is an atheist, so its kind of made a huge influence on my sister’s mentality too. I’m trying to figure out a way how i can get them to come to church. Exhortation wasnt the way, thought that trying to be a better example would be the way, but i dont know now.
I just want them to experience the same relationship i have with Christ. This love is none like i had ever experienced, and i want them to feel that same kind of love and not depend on this worldly love anymore.

I care about my little sister alot, now graduated from college, I can tell she just wants to be loved seeing how insecure she is, always putting up a front like she’s the independent woman she can be, but really she’s still that scared little girl that followed me everywhere.

It would make me happy so very happy to have her just come to church, so that she may experience the kind of love i am talking about, that she may recieve it in the inside.
and same goes for my dad. i hope some day his guard will start to come down.
just help pray for me that i can try to figure out a way how to get them to come to church for once in their lifetime.

optogenetics

this is proof that God exists….o my goodness.

too bad i cannot find enough scientifical evidence that will help continue my theory why God exists.

but i really really understand it. only one thing is missing.

lemme explain. to be continued…

love

For a long long long time as a Christian, I have been wondering what the evidence is as to how God exists? Telling people of an abstract idea that is not a concrete concept cannot put logical sense into non-believer’s heads like that, unless they’ve experienced the spiritual encounter. But spreading evangelism is hard, because of lack of concrete evidence. Until i re-discovered the science behind as to how God exists. One thing that SCIENCE cannot prove….and this is LOVE!

Although Love is an Abstract noun. because it is a feeling.
BUT, the world is mass populated by one species that rules the world. And that is humans. And as humans, everyone individually CAN relate to one thing. and it is Love.

Whether we love a girl. or if we have love for our brother. or if we love our grandmother. we hate, because deep down we actually love our enemy. we suffer, because God’s love is suffering. so just because it is an Abstract idea, this noun is also concrete evidence as to how God exists because in Science terms: Love does not exist, its either Instinct or Choice. Cells multiply because its the genetic choice. Animals reproduce because its instinct and evolution of tribe. but the one living species that is able to feel love is human beings.

humans are born to love.
animals arent. but if animals are, that is because of the influence of humans.
example: pet dogs. dogs show love for humans because of the influence of humans. in the wild, dogs dont run on love, they dont run on emotions, they run on instincts & for the betterment of their choice.

God is the Abstract noun. Society runs on the abstract noun. Yet Jesus Christ is the emphasis on the noun in physical concrete form. Amen.
I am a Christian because I believe in a thing called Love.

an oldie, but always a goodie

Professor : You are a Christian, aren’t you, son ?

Student : Yes, sir.

Professor: So, you believe in GOD ?

Student : Absolutely, sir.

Professor : Is GOD good ?

Student : Sure.

Professor: Is GOD all powerful ?

Student : Yes.

Professor: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to GOD to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But GOD didn’t. How is this GOD good then? Hmm?

(Student was silent.)

Professor: You can’t answer, can you ? Let’s start again, young fella. Is GOD good?

Student : Yes.

Professor: Is satan good ?

Student : No.

Professor: Where does satan come from ?

Student : From … GOD …

Professor: That’s right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?

Student : Yes.

Professor: Evil is everywhere, isn’t it ? And GOD did make everything. Correct?

Student : Yes.

Professor: So who created evil ?

(Student did not answer.)

Professor: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don’t they?

Student : Yes, sir.

Professor: So, who created them ?

(Student had no answer.)

Professor: Science says you have 5 Senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son, have you ever seen GOD?

Student : No, sir.

Professor: Tell us if you have ever heard your GOD?

Student : No , sir.

Professor: Have you ever felt your GOD, tasted your GOD, smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any sensory perception of GOD for that matter?

Student : No, sir. I’m afraid I haven’t.

Professor: Yet you still believe in Him?

Student : Yes.

Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn’t exist. What do you say to that, son?

Student : Nothing. I only have my faith.

Professor: Yes, faith. And that is the problem Science has.

Student : Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Professor: Yes.

Student : And is there such a thing as cold?

Professor: Yes.

Student : No, sir. There isn’t.

(The lecture theater became very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.

(There was pin-drop silence in the lecture theater.)

Student : What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Professor: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?

Student : You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light. But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and its called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it is, well you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?

Professor: So what is the point you are making, young man ?

Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Professor: Flawed ? Can you explain how?

Student : Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing.

Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Professor: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student : Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument was going.)

Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor. Are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(The class was in uproar.)

Student : Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?

(The class broke out into laughter. )

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room was silent. The Professor stared at the student, his face unfathomable.)

Professor: I guess you’ll have to take them on faith, son.

Student : That is it sir … Exactly ! The link between man & GOD is FAITH. That is all that keeps things alive and moving.

P.S.

I believe you have enjoyed the conversation. And if so, you’ll probably want your friends / colleagues to enjoy the same, won’t you?

Forward this to increase their knowledge … or FAITH.

By the way, that student was EINSTEIN.

TV

TV is bad for you.

Now I understand why TV is so bad for you. Sure it will affect your optics and attention span, but the real reason why it’s bad for you, is that it slowly changes your perception into a very judgmental perspective.

Look at the way TV is designed. Especially the sitcoms, the talk shows, the reality shows, the news, the commercials, the movies, everything!
They select these characters or actors that represent a kind of character on the show, but through portraying this type of character on television, it creates a label. And labels create categories for our cognitive procession in analysis. Which is actually creeping up on you like a hidden ninja in disguise that is creating a judgmental perspective through how you think and how you want to look at people.

Really it is your choice how you want to look at people and how you judge them. But if your so consumed into watching TV A LOT of the time, its actually impacting a negative influence over you invisibly.

Now I completely understand why people are so judgmental these days. This generation has relied so much on media, that it’s changed how they look at people.

For example.
What if we had no knowledge in the initial step to begin with. And if we saw an Asian dude. We would just only see him as his nationality difference.

But if we were to have the knowledge in the beginning, then we would assume that he knows how to use chopsticks.

Yet the terrible thing is that TV feeds you exaggerated nonsense hidden inside an invisible vessel that is camouflaged as “information” or “knowledge”. Sure it is technically knowledge or information, but it’s not true knowledge or true information. It’s like saying, the grocer gave you rotten milk with a label that says it’s still fresh, and you drink it anyways because of the colorful label disguised in lies.

TV also destroys our imagination.

This is why you need to read books.

It has definitely destroyed my imagination, I need to get it back once again.

So I need to stop watching TV too much.

But I aint gonna lie, TV/ Movies are entertaining.

Although, I have to think, would I want the judgmental perspective embedded without knowingly? No way.
